USE & CARE
1.When preheating the pan, it's best not to preheat for too long, as the pan can become too hot and cause the eggs to stick.
2.Use an adequate amount of oil on the flat pan.
3.When frying eggs, it's advisable to use medium to low heat. Stainless steel has fast heat conductivity, and using medium to low heat will produce similar heat levels to what you'd get with aluminum cookware on high heat.
4.Recommend hand washing for longer term use. Suitable for dishwasher.
